1. 简介

本应用（Shopify ERP Sync）由 Azuinpod 提供，用于将 Shopify 店铺中的订单、商品变体等数据同步到商户自有的 ERP 系统，以便履约、发货与库存管理。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和删除相关数据。

2. 我们处理的数据

在商户安装并授权后，应用可能处理：

  • 店铺信息：店铺域名、应用授权令牌、ERP 连接配置
  • 订单数据：订单号、金额、支付/履约状态、收货人姓名与地址、电话、邮箱、行项目与 SKU
  • 商品数据：商品标题、变体、SKU、图片 URL，以及商户填写的 ERP SKU / 店铺映射
  • 同步日志：推送成功/失败的摘要信息（失败时可能含错误说明）

我们不会将上述数据出售给第三方广告商，也不会用于与 ERP 同步无关的营销。

3. 使用目的

  • 按商户规则将订单推送到其配置的 ERP
  • 维护 Shopify SKU 与 ERP 货号的映射
  • 根据 ERP 发货状态回写 Shopify 履约信息
  • 响应 Shopify 合规要求（数据访问、删除请求）
  • 排查同步故障、保障服务稳定

4. 数据存储与共享

数据存储在应用服务器（及商户配置的数据库）中。订单会按商户配置转发至其指定的 ERP 接口。除为提供本服务所必需的托管与基础设施提供商外，我们不会向无关第三方披露商户或顾客数据。

5. 保留与删除

  • 商户可随时在应用内管理映射与连接配置
  • 卸载应用后，Shopify 会发送 shop/redact 等合规 Webhook；我们将在要求时限内删除或匿名化该店相关数据（含令牌、映射、日志等）
  • 顾客数据删除请求（customers/redact）到达后，我们将删除本地与该顾客相关的缓存与映射信息

6. 安全

应用通过 HTTPS 通信；Webhook 使用 Shopify HMAC 签名校验；嵌入式管理界面使用 Shopify Session Token 鉴权。请商户妥善保管 ERP 账号，并仅向受信人员开放后台权限。

7. 商户责任

商户是其店铺顾客数据的控制者，应确保其隐私政策与当地法律允许将订单数据同步至 ERP。本应用仅按商户指示处理数据。

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Shopify ERP Sync is provided by Azuinpod. It syncs Shopify order and product data to the merchant’s own ERP for fulfillment and operations. This policy explains what data we process and why.

2. Data we process

After installation and merchant authorization, we may process:

  • Shop data: domain, OAuth tokens, ERP connection settings
  • Order data: order numbers, amounts, payment/fulfillment status, shipping name/address, phone, email, line items and SKUs
  • Product data: titles, variants, SKUs, image URLs, and merchant-configured ERP SKU / store mappings
  • Sync logs: success/failure summaries (failure details when needed for troubleshooting)

We do not sell this data to advertisers or use it for unrelated marketing.

3. Purposes

  • Push orders to the merchant-configured ERP according to sync rules
  • Maintain Shopify ↔ ERP SKU mappings
  • Write ERP shipping status back to Shopify fulfillments
  • Respond to Shopify mandatory compliance webhooks
  • Debug sync issues and keep the service reliable

4. Storage and sharing

Data is stored on our application servers (and the merchant’s configured database). Orders are forwarded only to the ERP endpoint configured by the merchant. We do not disclose merchant or customer data to unrelated third parties except infrastructure providers needed to run the service.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Merchants can manage mappings and ERP settings in the app at any time
  • After uninstall, Shopify sends compliance webhooks (including shop/redact); we delete or anonymize that shop’s data within required timelines
  • On customers/redact, we remove locally stored data related to that customer

6. Security

Traffic uses HTTPS. Webhooks are verified with Shopify HMAC signatures. The embedded admin UI authenticates with Shopify session tokens. Merchants should protect ERP credentials and limit staff access.

7. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are controllers of their customer data and must ensure their own privacy notices and local laws allow syncing order data to an ERP. This app processes data only on the merchant’s instructions.
